This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When the page is opened, Vercel processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel.

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we process what you enter: name, email address and your message, plus optionally company, phone number, type of project and budget range. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries preparing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA) to send the message. A data processing agreement is in place here as well. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.

So that the form can't be abused as a sending machine, we remember for five hours when an enquiry last came from a given connection. To do that we briefly store a timestamp against the IP address and set the cookie named below. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working contact channel.

Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google servers.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or tracking services and no advertising cookies. There is therefore no consent banner either. Only two technically necessary cookies are set (§ 25(2) no. 2 TTDSG):

• asas-sprache: remembers which language you read the site in. Only set if you switch the language yourself, and expires after one year.
• asas-anfrage: remembers when you last submitted an enquiry and prevents accidental double submissions. Expires after five hours.

Neither contains any information about you personally, and neither is shared with anyone.

You have the right at any time to:

• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
